My Story

For years, I was stuck in a cycle of yo-yo dieting and drinking—binging one day, restricting the next—and following advice from social media. I felt drained, emotional, and stressed, but I thought that was just how life was.

Eventually, I hit a low and knew I needed to make a change. After college, I decided to pursue my love for exercising. I started my career as a personal trainer and earned my certification. But it wasn’t until I joined a group fitness studio that I finally found my true passion for fitness, nutrition, and group training.

 

I worked under amazing women who taught me that it wasn’t about how I looked but what my body could do. That’s when I realized fitness could be about strength and feeling good, not punishment.

I decided to learn about food and how to truly fuel my body. I stopped following quick fixes and started listening to what my body needed. As I focused on nutrition and emotional health, everything started to shift. I found peace with myself, and it wasn’t about the scale anymore—it was about feeling good inside and out.

Now, I’m passionate about helping women who feel stuck or overwhelmed, just like I did. I teach them to listen to their bodies, understand their emotions, and be at peace with themselves—while still crushing their fitness goals. It’s all about balance, and you don’t have to be perfect to feel amazing.

My Vision
