For years, I struggled with my body image and constantly battled with nutrition, falling for all the misleading information and unrealistic standards I saw on social media.

I hit rock bottom with my energy, strength, and mental health, and that’s when I decided to dig into evidence-based facts about proper nutrition and exercise.

Social media is filled with quick-fix diets, fads, and impossible body goals, with many influencers focused more on selling products or boosting their own image than on sharing real, science-backed advice. I bought into it, and I see so many others doing the same every day.

Adopting a balanced, sustainable approach to nutrition and exercise finally helped me break free from those restrictive cycles, build a positive body image, and thrive in every aspect of my life. Now, I want to help other women do the same!

The gym and eating should be the highlight of your day! My goal is to help women feel confident in their own skin. We’ll celebrate your progress, embrace your strengths, and create lasting lifestyle changes that go far beyond just physical results.
